Is the below results what I should expect on 600k service?

2nd 128K took 1829 ms = 71663 Bytes/sec = approx 596 kbits/sec
3rd 128K took 1843 ms = 71119 Bytes/sec = approx 592 kbits/sec
4th 128K took 1828 ms = 71702 Bytes/sec = approx 597 kbits/sec

TEST 2

2nd 128K took 2078 ms = 63076 Bytes/sec = approx 525 kbits/sec

4th 128K took 1828 ms = 71702 Bytes/sec = approx 597 kbits/sec
