Usb - Nic
 

Hi,

Currently my PC has Win ME (ICK) installed and is connected to the cable modem via USB.

I'm going to format my PC and install Win XP and also a NIC so I can connect to the modem via this.

Will I need to do anything special to get my broadband working when my PC is reinstalled?

Make sure you power off the modem for little bit or it will still be trying to use USB.
