html help

I am currently updating my very ammature site (at last) and need one thing to make it good enough to leave for another year no doubt:rolleyes:, which is any code for a link to add an email address to MSN Messenger.
Any sites with this info or the info itself would help me very much, as I can find no refernce to it on the net
