Pentium 3, 900MHz with a FSB of 100MHz, Slot1, Cache 512kB.

Where can I get a hold of this ? I tried all my usual sources and it seems to me it quite hard to get hold of ? Thanks |

Perhaps you could use a Skt370 to Slot 1 Adaptor ("super-slocket" I think they sometimes call them) so that way you'd stand a broader chance of getting the 900Mhz 100FSB you need. The added advantage is that the cache in skt370 chips is full speed on die and hence much faster than the seperate cache as in the slot one CPUs (despite it being half the size).
Personally, I think you stand more chance of getting hold of an 800mhz or a 1ghz than a 900. |

A friend asked me to get it. I'll try and find out what mobo he has, at the moment it running 450Mhz so i guess it a limitation on his mobo.
