installing broadband on xp help

hi
im trying to install my broadband onto my new xp computer, the disk starts but when its backing up the registry (think its called vbtruck) I keep getting the error report for microsoft box.

When i just ran vbtruck through browsing the disk I got to a point where it asked for a 10 digit no of which I do not have my pin is less than that. It worked fine when I installed in on this computer using win 98.

Has anyone else had this problem or give me any advice ?

Thanks in advance

Shouldn't need to install anything to get BB working on XP assuming you were connected previously.

What set-up do you have Set Top Box or Stand alone modem and are you connecting via USB or Ethernet?

Welcome to NTHW btw. :)
