Recovered content - argghhh

Hi all,

New user to the forum, been a lurker for a while.

Generally been happy with my TVDrive, apart from a few glitches which a reset normally fixes... until tonight. This is what happened :

1) TVDrive hung - no response from remote.
2) Pressed reset button on front on TVDrive
3) When it reset it was 'blocky'
4) Powered off for a hard reset

Now, all my recorded programs are showing as "Recovered content" :( There are about 56 hours of programs - not sure how many in total, but it's a lot. Now I can't tell which is which unless I view them. All I can get for each is the date it was recorded and the length.

Any ideas on if it's possible to get the details back for each program, or am I stuck with watching each one to see if it's something I wanted, or some soap recorded by the other half.

Any help appreciated

Hi, notice this is a bit old but are other folks getting this problem and is there any way of "recovering" descriptions of "Recovered Content" ?
I had similar symptons yesterday where my V+ remote stopped being recognised and the picture eventually hung. Decided to "reset" and on recovery I had lost all recordings since 19/03 (approx 10) and all remaining programmes were shown as "recovered Content" with no hint as to what they are other than date and length.
Suppose I need to speed up DVD writer investigations !
