engineering screen

Can someone help me get to the engineering screen.. via the TV Drive box... as I need to change the default frequency ...

If you are wanting to as I can imagine change the RF Out frequency so that it doesn't interfere with your VCR or similar, why not play it safe and change your VCRs frequency?
