Adding Sky Sports
 

Phoned NTL yesterday around 3pm and added the Sky Sports package to my existing basic package.

The operator advised it would take 24 hours. When I questioned this, having had Setanta Sports added instantly before when I insisted or wouldn't proceed, he said it would more than likely be a couple of hours.

Checked this morning and nothing. Phoned again and was told they couldn't check as there was a problem with their Glasgow location but to reset the box and keep checking.

Nearly 8pm and nothing.

I'm probably right in thinking they are closed on a Sunday and I'll now miss the big Premiership matches tomorrow. :td:

normally they are on straight away but CS have to advise up to 24 hrs otherwise you get everyone calling in ten minutes later because its still not on.

id give CS a call on monday to make sure that it was added on properly and if it was to take it off and backdate it seeing as you wernt able to watch it
