Opening hours for Faults Dept

My STB is dead. When it powers up it gets to"tune" and stays there.

Called 0845 454 0000 but the recorded message says open Mon - Fri and Sat (till 5:00 pm doh!) no mention of Sunday. So do I have to wait till Monday before reporting fault........?

They are open tomm, 10am - 4pm I believe...

You could also try using the 151 number from your NTL line (if you have one) it may work, thus saving you charges on the 0845 number.
