Slow new software on Pace 1000
 

Hi Folks

I have a Pace 1000 which had to be swapped out by an engineer on Wednesday after the cable box failed to boot after a s/w upgrade.

Now I have a nice new user interface but its sssslllooowww.
Is a three second wait for channels to change normal? As for the EPG, barely usable.

Would another box type make a speed difference? I am in Wembley, London.
