Urgent Help I think I have been hacked

Hi all

Come to my pc tonight to get repeated attempts to contact this is the prompt Sygate brings up.

Nod32 does not find any faults nor can I find the directory this is aimed at, nor do I have MIRC even installed

Never mind a scan with adaware brought it up

a Win32 trojan downloader how it got on my HD is behond me...time to check logs.
