Have moved to talktalk (im sorry but its a money thing) i can recieve my ntl emails still ,but cant send any ,dose anyone know a solution to my problem ,im using microsoft office outlook.

thanks for your quick reply ,i was actually just checking it ,is this the only option ,or are there any settings i can put in office outlook

Not as far as I know. NTL have specifically blocked sending mail via NTL accounts from non-NTL ips. They've done this to help prevent spam.

If you send via webmail ,you will be sending the mail from the webmail server's IP.

What about setting up forwarders on the account or double check your pop and smtp settings.

NTL won't let you send mail from an NTL account from outside the NTL network.
