H@tKeysH@@k.DLL
Hi all
I just completed a scan using Adaware, and noticed the following H@tKeysH@@k.DLL was listed, I have run scans and removed this before but it seems resiliant. I have heard it was related to Opera which I did have installed once but for not long and I have removed all traces of it. I run IE7 Rc1 and no other browser with Sygate Firewall and AVG Free anti virus. IS this something to be worried about? |
Re: H@tKeysH@@k.DLL
Nothing wrong with Opera!
Maybe this will help http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/p...80848#Research Are you using a Game Trainer? http://my.opera.com/jor/blog/show.dml/1033 http://www.extalia.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=906 P.S AVG is crap mate. :) |
Re: H@tKeysH@@k.DLL
Yes I have a trainer for grand theft auto san andreas, but I rarely use it.
I agree nothing wrong with Opera I just disliked the program, and moved to IE7 Rc1, and am happy with it :) |
Re: H@tKeysH@@k.DLL
Looks like it's the Trainer then according to those links. I'd dump it asap. :)
I think their saying the trainer logs the key strokes but that might not generally mean anything bad in this case. |
Re: H@tKeysH@@k.DLL
Here is a screenshot of the trainer it works great in game, and I noted once I run it and pressed a few trainer options the file turned up again in system32 directory like normal.

Re: H@tKeysH@@k.DLL
Just hope it's harmless then. Have you tried googling the trainer to see if you get a bad result about it?

Re: H@tKeysH@@k.DLL
