help needed with bill
 

Hi I need help trying to solve a bill problem , I removed the disney channel in may 2005 which was removed but the charge stayed on , i phoned frequently on this but after 15 months i got totally fed up and said the problem needed to be fixed ,> the charge was removed but only backdated 6 months and then replaced with a charge for the family pack £8 which i also dont have (i am on the select pack) I phoned the retentions department and said unless the problem was resolved i would disconnect , the man whom i was talking to asked me was i thinking of moving house in the future and i said yes , he then transferred me to housemoves!! i explained the problem to them who said that since the problem was with billing and i was not moving house at the moment it would be retentions i need to talk to , after they played table tennis with me for 1 hour , i gave up but my problem is still not resolved , my services have now been restricrted on the phone and i guess the bb and tv will be next , they say i owe them £34 but in fact they owe me £50 , Help i am not prepared to pay this money and spend the next year paying an extra £8 a month for a service i do not have:shocked:
