Is this an NTL cable?

I have taken photos of my new house and I'm trying to establish where all of the points are. I'm not 100% sure, but I think that this is the NTL cable:

Looks a little worse for wear but yes it does seem to be an NTL cable.

Thanks. I have an engineer's fitting date for next Friday, so I'll see if I can get the fitting changed.
