"Digital Fam Pack" vs "MR02 Digital & Telephone"
 

Hi

Just checking over the details of all the bills I have received for my BB, phone and TV package. Would be really grateful for a bit of help..

There is something that is confusing me a bit and that is one where I am charged

Talk Unlimited 24 £14.50
BB Internet 2mb £24.99
Digital Family Pack £8.50
MR02 Digital & Telephone £21.50

There was a standing discount:
(A)TU24 + Free DTV 12MTHS -£11

What is the difference between Digital Family Pack and MR02 Digital & Telephone? I can't seem to find any clarification on NTL site/google?

The MR02 charge is for the basic TV package and 'free' phoneline and the family pack charge is for the additional channels in the family package.
