Problems in Reading

Having real problems browsing the inet in Reading since last Friday.

Changed my DNS server and changed the NTL proxy I'm going through...didn't improve performance at all.

If I run a tracert to ntlworld.com I get a lot of dropped packets.

Anyone got any ideas?
