Downgraded...

I was downgraded last monday, but only my phone was cut off, my tv and computer were still on, would ntl still charge me for the full reconnection? i was put back on today.
Another question, i was on the 40% package for calls to mobiles, but on my bill, it seems as though as though they taken me off it, and the other week when rang my mate, i was only on for about 15 mins, and the charge was higher than when i was on the mobile to her for an hour! within the same week.
I was on the 2p a minute for calls to the USA, and i was billed for £7-00 for an hour to my brother who lives over there, i have noticed that package isn't on my bill either, obviously i can't ring them now until monday, to find out why i have been taken off these deals, could any of you have any ideas? thanks.;)

I believe NTL charge for each service they reconnect (ie - phone, internet and TV), so yes they will try to charge you for reconnecting your phone

Thanks! I don't mind being charged for them putting my phone back on, but i don't want them charging me for the tv and computer when it wasn't off in the first place! i didn't pay the bill over the phone this time, as i paid it via the bank, so i will have to wait till monday now to speak to them.

AS far as I can remember it is just a standard charge no matter what you get suspended.
