Strange item on my bill
 

I received my bill today. It has got a strange item listed called "TW" and there is no charge for it.

Call me a :dunce: but what is it? Does anyone know?

Hi, if you are on the very basic telephone service (talk weekends - free local and national calls all weekends) then that would be reflected on your bill as TW

Yes, I am on the basic telephone package. Looking at the bill, there is no other mention of which package I am on.

On our bill, we have a digital set top box on it this month with no charge, even though we dont and never have had ntl digital tv or ntl tv at that ...

I'm going to have to call in about '3 way calling' again - the first time I had it added to my bill 3 times, without asking - the nice lady removed 2 of them, but I still have one lurking there ;)

I've got this TW on my bill as well, but as far as i was aware I am on the 321 call plan as i've neer changed call plans in the past apart to add the mobile call plan.
