The man in charge at PlusNet has apparently become concerned the ADSL guide has degenerated into abuse.

Cheeky sod! Considering their monumental cockups you'd think they'd expect a bit of flak, I know if I deleted 600gb worth of emails because I wasn't competent enough to know which console window I was using I'd expect more than a few angry comments.
