Cannot get through to moves
Can any of the NTL guys help, I have been trying to get my services cancelled because we are moving. Have been trying to get cancallation since last Friday but either cannot get through or they say systems are down.
Any idea when they will be up again, its rediculous that it takes nearly a week to cancell and we are moving tomorrow. I have sent a recorded delivery letter. |

dont think retentions will deal with that as soon as you mention your moving they will tell you to go through to moves
just call customer services explain the problem your having and how many times you have tried. they should take you number wait in the queue for you and call you when they get through |
