Varying download speeds

Hello for a while now I have been having the following problem varying speeds when downloading files as in down to 0k to 20,30,100,200,300,400 stays stable for a few seconds then goes down again, is any one else here been having this very problem. In other words chronic packet loss. In Nottingham that is.

Try using a download manager or change your proxy loads to try here :)

Hi thanks for the replies it seems to be more of a dropped packet issue than sites not loading thanks anyway.
