Cables

Hi guys!
I was just woundering if i have done something wrong here, ive had my network set up a while and this is how it is...

.Modem
....| <--Patch Cable
.Router
.../\
..| .|
Pc1 Pc2

the Pc1 networ cable is a patch cable.
However the other is a belkin crossover cable. now im sure recently ive seen someone wanting to network and was advised to use a patch cable as crossovrs are computer to computer. this works, m just woundering if the pc2 will be losing some internet power?

Thanks

Re: Cables

Some new routers now auto detect what cable is in use and make adjustments to how it communicates to the PC on that cable. You won't lose any "power" from your internet ;)
