Hmmm... I have not contacted them about my bill, so is this genuinely from NTL? :confused:

So long as they aren't asking for any personal details then no probs, but yeah probably.

They need to at least make out they care what you say from time to time I guess, and the ntl research team must be kept in jobs even if what you say to them is either ignored there or ignored higher up the chain.

As above, if no personal details are requested you have nothing to loose, you never know your response may help to influence NTLs thinking.

Many people on here complain that NTL don't listen..........perhaps they do?

I was just worried that it wasa spoof address trawling for info and active emails....

ntl do use esmaker.com for gathering their data so it would be legit

ntl have been using a thrd party company (Esmaker) for surveys for a couple of years now.
