Complaint information
 

I wish to write to NTL, via post, email or both, regarding a complaint. I can't actually find any contact information besides phone numbers... If someone could give me details of where to write to, head office or whatnot, that'd be awesome :)

Your best place to write to is the addess given on the back of bills. However ntl tend not to be very good at responding to mail, so send it recorded delivery so you know it got there.

The head office I beleive is in Hook.
