A rant
Okay what the hell is wrong with NTL? I switch bank accounts, use my new bank's account switching service, all the companies involved with the standing orders and direct debits have been great gone without a hitch.
Guess which company have messed up? Does NTL actually respond to requests from banks to change a customer's direct debit details? From now on I'm paying via giro bank credit, because I know NTL will try and continually take money from the incorrect bank account. |
Re: A rant
But that will cost you an extra £4.00 a month, thieving ntl
You'll be better off phone CS, and paying ntl for the privelidge of doing so :( to tell them once and for all to get the DD right. |

Re: A rant
change of direct debit details is usually done electronically so its unusual for the details not to update......may be worth a quick call just to find out if they have been changed
