Analogue signal level

Have NTL reduced the analogue channels signal strength recently (Using Pace stb with bypass)?

Sometime around midday Monday the signals got noticeably weaker (lots of snow). I checked all connections and all seemed in order.

At the same time cable modem (ntl120) downstream SNR dropped from it's normal 32-33db to around 26-27db. My connection is working ok but I'm a little worried this might be affected if the level drops again.

There was maintenance in my area Wednesday morning so I had my fingers crossed that it might get sorted then but no change.

I'm not sure how to deal with this, is the poor analogue signal something I can report as a fault ?
