billing probs, help please !!

I signed up to NTL Jan 06, I have all 3, Family Pack, Talk Unlimited 24, and 4MB Broadband

I have had problems with my billing every month !!
In my 1st month, I was receiving NTL Radio Times, I requested this to be cancelled, I am still getting billed, I phone CS every month, every month they credit it and say its cancelled, only to find that next month I have billed again, and again they credit it an dnext month i am chaged again, I am FED UP !!

Broadband, I am having so many problems, slow speed, a little while ago I could not access any web site (I think this was because of NTL DNS problems)

Phone, I am being billed for some national calls, even through I am on Talk Unlimited 24 (i have 2 phone lines), one CS said the numbers cant be private numbers (they are) and another said I dont have talk unlimited 24, even though I am being charged for it on my bill. Whats going on !!

I am also receiving a lot more spam calls, after switching from BT to NTL,

I have had enough !
I have spoken to CS asking to cancel my account, but as I am in my 12 month contarct I cant.... I have even said that as prices increased from 1st June I am entitles to cancel ( i looked at a posting here from, I think, Mr Angry) I quoted, and still I cant cancel and still nothing is resolved.

I have sent letters, still no reply, I have sent letters to a coventry address and the one on the NTL web site

HELP
I have had enough of NTl, I want to go back to Sky and BT
HOW CAN I GET OUT OF NTL HELL !!!!!:(

We can ask our ntl contacts to look into your billing issues for you. Theyv'e got a good track record of cutting through the Red tape of ntl's systems.

If you want us to help, please forward by PM (see the button on the bottom left of the screen), your customer details - name, account number, address, together with a daytime phone number and ideally an email contact.
