ntl student rep leeds
 

Im due to move into my new flat next week and would like to get ntl broadband. I used to have a student package in my flat last year but in this house it is bt and quite expensive.

Anyway ive lost the number for the student rep we had who we signed up with. Does anybody have any phone number for a rep in leeds that i can talk to about getting installation done and what student packages (if any) are available?

most of the student reps are only around from september- november time.

If you are moving into a place now, do you need a student (9 month contract) package, or will a normal package (12 month contract) be ok?

If it is a normal contract then you might as well just buy online or call telesales.

At this time of year a 12 month contract is the only choice. 9 month student contracts are normally only sold from mid september to mid november (ish). Check out what deals are available online before phoning telesales.

Yer im happy taking a 12month contract, i thought the student deals were cheaper though like 3 for £30 (tv/broadband/phone) but better then the website deal e.g. the broadband was faster and you got the family package instead of the basic one?

Thats what i got last time through a rep. If i call sales they will just give me the 3 for £30 wont they and it will only be all the basic stuff like 1mb bb and basic tv.

am i right or should i just ring customer services.

also the internet offer 3 for £30 sais it ends 30th of june, wonder if there will be a better off after this? shoudl i wait

I have seen first 3 months half price on the 3 for 30 as well at the moment, but can't remember where.

If you want to go for this, just mention it when you call telesales and you'll get it.

oop... just noticed the 3 months half price is on the ntlhome website, so should be able to sign up for it online if you prefer :)

yer seen that offer then can change the package after 3months and get rid of the TV and get 4mb broadband :D joined it last night.
