NTL recently started a policy of charging £15 for a replacement handset - so a good way to save a couple of quid :)

Or better still, get them cheaper off eBay.

I paid £4 (inc delivery) for a brand new one, still in it's box with batteries.

Stupid question...this one is for the Bromley platform, which I am on. The page has this:

Quote:

Very important : This remote control will not work your set top box if your original remote control was blue in colour. Please select the RC0197 if your original remote control was blue.
Yet the one that I got with my Samsung box a couple of years ago was blue, so if I follow that instruction, I should then get this one. That has the same instruction, only in reverse. Which one should I get?

How much do CS charge for delivery?

It is just that, from the ntlshop, the cheapest delivery option is next day delivery which is £6.50.

You will need the purple one for the Samsung box.

And if that's the only delivery option that's crazy lol :D

:dunce: I noticed the Samsung details on one, I just never noticed the other one only mentioned Pace.

It does seem a bit strange not to offer a first class option. I mean there are some things which as long as I do get them...I don't need it tomorrow.

Thanks :)
