Cable Tv Switching
 

My tv keeps switching form widescreen to 4/3 then back again somtimes its alright, then when i put another channel on it switches back to 4/3,it only happens on cable, digital is alright,my settings is wide screen on cable.

is it only on certian programs, My Tv does that on freeview as well depending on if the programme is broadcast in widescreen or 4:3,.

all i do on my tv is change it from auto to 16:9 to force it to stay in widescreen seems to work...

Only started doing it today itv bbc ch4 ch 5 ok its anoying, with a little screen, its only ntl what its happening on,digital ok.

Check the setting on the box >

Go to Guide > Settings > Visual settings and check that screen size is 16:9
