Bill Query Help!!

Can anyone tell me what this entry on NTL bill is for
"select dual tv & telco" at ÃƒÆ’Ã†â€™ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…Â¡ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£16

It's the TV package "Select", the price includes the Telephone line rental so it's classed as "dual" services
