Looks good - may drive NTeLewest to providing similar package, or even introduce HD early as a market differentiator

I think it's a good thing.

It's all about innovation & choice. :tu:

It would be a good service, if it was not capped..

Phoned BT about the 40GB "limit"- it's just a guide. If you exceed the 40GB, they don't disconnect you, your speed dosn't slow down - you might just get a warning email. However is it continues then they might discuss the issue with you....

Think the total package is ok for what I want...free VOIP calls via the supplied homehub handset etc....

Free wireless homehub (router)..

Check the new spec here (online today!)

Bulldog was, but you cant join anymore. :(

UKonline has [or had] about a 250 gig per month limit, by far one of the biggest.

Now that explains this quote of yours from a different thread! :D ;) :tu:

I have a bank of 4 rewriters 2 x nec 4750 and 2 x Pioneers 111d's
The nec has a much faster read rate both drives burn good dvds at 6 speed with no glitches, however the nec burns poorer dvds at 4 speed.
I have had pioneers in the past from the 105 upwards. The 106 was rubbish bad firmware bad patches crap. The 107 and 108 were fine but the 109 was released unfinished and was rubbish till the firmware was updated soem time after.

As said, one rule for one ISP and another for another.

You would shift the moon and the earth to tell us that there was a 40gb cap on the 'best' service had it been ntl, however its not its 'innovative and choice'.

How innovative of them to already offer a service that Skype and MSN does. How very.
