Family Pack Pricing?
 

:dozey: Hi All, Just a quick question really, We looked on www.ntlworld.com tonight to get the Family Pack reinstated on our package and it said " £9.75 Half price for 6 month`s and then £19.50 per month after" I`m sure when we used to have it a few month`s ago it was only £6.00 a month!!!!!
We`re on the Base pack already, can some kind person in the know clarify the price of the Family Pack for me please.

they must have changed it quick, cos it is now £19.50 (not including £11 telephone line rental, which must be included), with a free first month (woohoo!) :mad:

'base' is £11.00

'family' is £19.50

- I get 'family' charged at £19.50 on my bill (plus the £11.00 line rental for the phone)

Hmmmmmmm :scratch: Just had a thought, We`re on the Base pack like i said, is it possible that the £6.00 we were charged is the difference between the Base pack and the Family Pack?

Just been looking at the NTL site re new customers.
Talk unlimited 24 + 4mb broadband + family pack is offered at £49.99
According to the pdf linked above the price should be
£25 + £24.99 + £19.50 = £69.49

I was telesaled as an existing customer and offered a value pack deal of
Talk unlimited 24 + 4mb broadband + family pack + sky movies collection for £73.49
I priced this up as a new customer and you add on £15.50 to the deal above making £65.49.

Thats how i have just read it. For a new subscriber the price is now £9.50 for the first 6 months, then it goes up.

I was offered all 3 services for 39.00 some months ago.
Then it got changed to bigger pack for 49.00 which included 2 mb broadband as well.

Ring csc and see what they quote you.

Let us know te outcome !!

Cannot really see the point in family pack as 3 of the main channels they quote as being in family pack are also in base pack. E4, Sky 1 and UKGOLD

How long has UK Gold been in the base pack? Do you also get G2?

UK Gold has been in Base for a year.
G2 is NOT there though.

Uk Gold sky 1 and the E4 channels are in the select pack for 5.50 a month
