No picture/sound on Sky Movies 9

Anyone else having a problem with Sky Movies 9 at the moment? It brings up the "Press red to view" prompt and then just goes to a black screen with the "Press 'Back' or 'TV' to exit" prompt on all 3 of our boxes.

similar here - no 'press red', just flashing 'please wait', then 'back or tv to exit', then black screen, no sound ...
