Open Box
 

Can any of you tech lads report a open box for me, the postcode is NG183NU junction with Wyndale Drive in Mansfield, it's been open for a few days now, the cover is missing from the box so it'll need a quick response.

It was probably one of them that damaged it in the first place while trying to reverse park next to it:D :D :D :D :D

While you're at it there's one in LS11 6NB too. It'd be great if you could report that too seeing as the customer services said it's not considered a fault or problem until someone rips it apart and damages our services :shocked:

NTL do actually fix these though... they finally fixed the one near us!! 6 months later and it's still shut :)

There's a number on the inside to call if the box is damaged - when you call the recorded message says the number is not in use!!!

I called CS & it was sorted the next day.
