Customer services number, 0800 052 2000, no longer free

I can't believe that they've replaced the free customer support number with an 0845 number @ 5p per minute. And, if you were to be calling NTL on a mobile (because your NTL phone line is broken), it could cost you even more than 5p.

This change must have happened over the weekend because I called the 0800 number only last Friday.
