why they change there mind?...and how much you paying?

I have been with telewest only a few months, and i phoned them up at 6pm tonight to take out TV- Drive and take the other set-top box in the bedroom.

When i joined telewest i took the 3 for £35 deal, with the essential package and was told that if i wanted to upgrade to the supreme i would have to pay the different in the Tv package only.

When i phoned up today to change, they said i will have to pay top rate for both the phone and the internet now, and i have lost all my deals when i joined.....im not a happy bunny at all.

is this common?...whats most people paying

Try threatening to cancel everything if they do hat then see what they say. If they say right ok go ahead then you should be able to change your mind within the 30 day cancellation period.

It might be because you have only been with them a few months, you may have taken out a 12 month contract

It is so sad, but Telewest are slipping slowly to the mucky depths that
NTL are, and it wont be long before they join them at the bottom of the
barrel customer services wise.
