under charged?

Hi, have been an NTL customer for just over 3 months now in my new home. I'm supposed to be on the £49.99 value pack, which i appear to have. But my bill has never seen £49.99 or over. The first was about £46, then £38, £34, just got one today at £30.89? ??

Has anyone had this? Do i phone up and confess, or leave it?

I pay via DD, and i think they are leaving my 2meg BB off the bill, everything else seems to be on.

In my opinion hun I wuld do the decent thing and own up to your feelings about your bill situation. If you don't - NTL will suddenly realise that they haven't charged you and then you will have a MASSIVE bill to pay. You don't want that. At least if you ring then and query your situation then you can at least say that you've noticed the error - it's not your fault therefore you don't see why you should have to 'back-pay' for the months that they haven't charged you for but that now they can charge you correctly? Hope that makes sense and is of some help? :)

I would ring up rather than wait and let them notice and hit you with a big bill

to be honest id phone up and check just incase your bb gets turned off in a few months - i take it you have a stand alone modem - this would be billed on a separate bill - the direct debit has probably not been set up on this and the bill is mounting up

your right luna, i had had an email for BB but had gone to my junk mail folder. Why can't they stick it on one bill or email:confused:

basically its due to the different billing systems we have - the stand alone cant go on the tv and telephone bill. Alot of custoemrs get confused about this as its not fully explained at the time of sale

I originally had my TV and Phone on 1 bill, but when i got broadband they moved the phone calls off that bill and put it on my broadband bill. So i ended up with 2 bills, 1 for TV and line rental and the other for broadband and phone call charges. Why do they have to make things so complicated!

When i cancelled my TV they where supposed to move the phone line rental onto the broadband bill but they didn't! I phoned up 3 months later and they finely got it right, luckily i didn't have to repay what they hadn't billed me for as it was their error.
