Labgear CM5118/00 Distribution Box

Good Afternoon all
Has anyone got info on the above dist box please, or supply a link to a site, have tried labgear but no luck as its an old one.
Have tried swapping cables around etc, but with all the sockets its just guess work, managed to get 1 tv working but no more.
