Awful connection in HG1

Hi folks, anyone else suffering from connection drop outs and awfull all round connection problems this morning? Harrogate HG1 area here.

Where I am in Manchester browisng has come to a standstill. I am downloading a prog from UKNova at 30k and uploading at 8k. With that, I cannot access any webpages whatsoever. Everything times out. If I max out my up and download settings for UKNova I am maxing out at 50k download and 10k upload. And that's on the 2meg line.
