Disconnection and refunds

Help! I notified NTL of my wish to disconnect my Cable TV service in February. Becuase I neglected to cancel my Direct Debit I overpaid by two months.

Despite numerous phone calls and false promises, I still have not received a refund (which Cutomer Services acknowledges is due to me). I notice that the only way to contact NTL is via their Customer Service number, and the operators will never connect me to a Supervisor/Manager. Anyone have any advice?

You ain't got no chance of getting your money back from them!

Well not anytime soon, normally takes 6 months or more to get any type of refund!

Send them a letter requesting it and when they don't respond take them to small claims court!

If you PM (click the "Send PM" button at the bottom left of this post) me your name, account number , address and contact phone number , I will refer this to one of our contacts within NTL.
