only one customer per home adress?
Apparentely it is telewest policy that you can only have one account with them per address.
Cause there is a dispute at one adress at the moment, in that one person has installed TV, phone and surf unlimited under telewest. This person doesn't want broadband, however the person they are living with (who interestingly pays the rent) wants to get broadband installed, even if it is more expensive. they dont get along. It doesn't make sense does it? And then some bulldog salesman is trying to push by saying this apparent telewest policy, and we all know what bulldog broadband is like. |
Re: only one customer per home adress?
One customer per address is normally the case, although it does depend on how seperately these people are living - eg a block of flats is considered multiple addresses.
Having said that, if there is a dispute between the residents, then I'd suggest going with different companies anyway, just to make it as clear as possible whose is whose. |
