I so liked the episode when he kept playing tricks on his flat mate and finally flat mate got him back by sawing through his walking stick..It appealed to my sick humour.

Nah - doesn't fit the symptoms. I've not a clue. Usually I can have a reasonably stab at what's wrong. You missed a treat - House managed to blow up an MRI scanner using a corpse he'd just shot. Class :D
