Bt Voyager ADSL modem router and Telewest

Hiya just a quickie got asked this today and its been stumping me all day. My friend has got Telewest Blueyonder B/Band and as asked me if it is possible to use her old BT ADSL modem/router as a stand alone router connected to the Blueyonder cable modem or does she need to buy a new "independant" router.
Many thanks

:welcome:

No ADSL routers will work, as your friend has a Cable Connection. She therefore requires a cable router.
