wireless adaptor

Currently my downstairs pc is using an intel anypoint 11mbps usb adaptor very reliable considering my router is two floors above it.

but i think its on its last legs so can anyone recommend a good wireless adaptor for that pc it needs to be very good and going up floors (range) through walls etc. . we got lend of belkin usb adaptor and it was terrible compared to intel anypoint.

Personally I have found botht the Linksys and the Netgear adaptprs to be pretty good range wise.

Why not get a replacement anypoint (there are bound to be some on Ebay or the Like)
