I am trying to download a driver and it's so slow (6.5 KB/s) I was wondering if it's them or me

thanks

Which driver and server (Global, USA, Europe, China), it could just be an overloaded server.

the europe download doesn't work the other 3 are all as bad as one another.
I am trying to download the driver for the eax1600 graphics card, but any download will do as test.

Yes the speed is cr@p, why don't you just download the catalyst driver directly from ATI

The Asus download site has always been pants for speed. I have stuck with their Motherboards but its very rare I pull an updte from their site.

Have a look at www.driverguide.com if you are looking for drivers are people tend to post mirrors of the Asus files.

118Mb! Its a bitof a large DL for a GFX card - talk about bloatware!

Always excruciatingly slow here as well :(

I just google the filename... hehe, easy way round for me :)

It has, I remember going back a few years trying to get Asus specific graphics card drivers and having a hell of a time downloading from any of their sites.
