A Sales person comes along with relevant documentation and signs you up to Phone television and 1MB Unlimited Broadband. You pay your £25.00 and then a few days You then receive a letter from NTL welcoming you to NTL Broadband and then later a team arrives and installs your equipment.



After the installation
You then ask about setting up your nice new 1 MB broadband which you presume they have just installed

To be informed by the installation crew after the installation is completed that Broadband is not available in your post code area !!!!!!! :mad:

So how did the sales have the leaflets and the forms to sell a product that is not yet available?

Furthermore nobody is able to tell you when this could come to fruition.

And to add insult to injury they then want want a separate payment for you to have the Unlimited Dial up Package a much inferior product.

What an out and out Marketing CON :mad:

You should make a formal complaint and make sure you get your money back, obviously a major cock-up on their part. :(
