Photobox and NTL Broadband Plus
 

Can anyone tell me how to get the 15 "free" photos with Photobox every month? I joined broadband Plus and followed the NTL link to the NTL section of photoplus. I uploaded and went to the checkout and was charged. I could not see anywhere where I could apply the 15 free prints or enter a promo code. Whenever there was a link for free photos it took you back to the signup screen for broadband plus.

I gave up in the end. I then went to Photobox's website and saw that they give you your first 30 prints for free......but I was still charged via NTL....

did you make sure you slected the standard size of 6"x4" as far as I can tell that is the only size of print you get free.

I have used a few times to get my free prints. Last time they sent me 2 copies of the pics by mistake :)

only log on to the site by going through the BB+ site first. If you are still etting charged then there must be a problem with your BB+ or something else.

I use this, and i have to say, it's brilliant:tu:
Fast delivery, and only £1.50 delivery costs which i pay easily through Paypal.

DarthYoda is right though, the BB+ site logs you into the site so that it knows you are with BB+.

Does it just deduct the cost of your 15 free photos at the end or do you type a promotion code in? etc

They should show up free straight away.
