networking
1 Attachment(s)
my dad is in the local TARA and they have just got there own office.
I am being payed to setup the computers. Since they dont have a tremendus budget they cant hire really professional people. They have 2 computers and they may get the internet proberbly ASDL. They have 1 USB printer which is going to connect to only one computer and then another printer which only has ethernet output. can you please suggest a router (not wireless) so they can connect the two pc's together and both can have the ethernet output printer on. nothing fancy (dont mind if its slow or owt) thanks nick knight ;) http://cableforum.co.uk/board/attach...3&d=1147523002 |
Re: networking
I would say a Linksys or DLink, depends on what your budget is. Also you cannot have a domain without a server do I'm presuming MPRATANET is your workgroup?

Re: networking
Yes you could plug in the ethernet based printer as well.
Assuming by ethernet printer you mean it has a NIC installed |
